  December 31, 2015 - Effervescent crystal yellow. Strong nose of brioche, poached pear, and nutmeg. Powerhouse palate: apple zest, baking yeast, concentrated extraction, decadent wealth. Excellent vintage. I would rather drink one of these than a year of cheap champagne!
