  January 5, 2016 - Bright ruby with a garnet rim. Needed a bit of air to blow away the cobwebs. The same old plums, cherries, meat broth and Earth as per my previous tasting. Good balanced palate with medium acidity, smooth powdery medium tannins and a medium body. Very smooth but lacking in complexity. Hoping the 2007 will be more complex.
