  January 10, 2016 - Last btl...1.5hr decant, paired w/stuffed pork tenderloin...This was my best experience in the last few I've had with this wine...nose was expressive and there was still some fruit in there...I filtered right out of btl, catching some debris in initial pour...can't wait to see what's in the bottom half...

  1/14/16, 7:40 PM - Update, finished the last 2 glasses four days later and it was substantially better tonight...sweetness on the attack, with a silky finish...couple points better 2nite
