  February 3, 2016 - Primarily Australian Shiraz with some Cabernet thrown in, this wine was spicy and flavorful. I ran it through my Vinturi and waited about 15 minutes for it to develop out of the bottle. Classically Australian on the nose: eucalyptus, red berries, dark chocolate, and some mint. On the palate it was bright and zippy! Sour cherry, raspberry, tomato, leaves, and a slight tobacco fish. Medium-full body, high dry tannin, medium-plus acid, and a medium length finish. Really well-balanced!
