  February 14, 2016 - It's interesting ... we haven't tasted this wine since September of last year and right now, it isn't tasting as good as last time ... and yes, since wine is 'a living thing', it's going to change and sadly, it just wasn't as good ... but we're not giving up on it because we know that Elyse people work hard at making great wines and we know that the next bottle will be better.
