  February 16, 2016 - Aromas of wood freshly cut via table or circular saw, caramelized sugar and radial tire - things were looking up. Initial glass was a bit short, which I must say was disappointing after such an auspicious beginning. After a bit of time, she broadened out into an elegant, almost weightless drink. So delicate and pleasant.
