February 15, 2016 - I opened a bottle of this last Friday and drank it over four days. The color is beautiful, like what we used to, in the day, call "burgundy." Remember those "burgundy" colored cars? (I had such a Toyota Camry at one time). So, this is definitely bricking, if not "bricked," and translucent. Palate is amazingly rich, with fig, chocolate (more milk than dark), sweet cherry. It's rather viscous and very lush. Some heat, too, but nicely balanced. Not much in the way of "grip," but there is a "dryness" that someone on the WS boards noted. There is still a long life ahead for this fine Port.
