  February 27, 2016 - Poured through aerator and still took an hour to start opening up but really needed two to three hours in the glass to really show its stuff. Once it did fully come around, aromas and flavors of cherries and rich, ripe fruits. Notes of earthy spices, vanilla and licorice. Tannins were in check even right out of the bottle making for a very smooth and silky mouth feel. Delicious.
