  March 4, 2016 - Very impressed with this bubbly. More sophisticated than most Cava and other sparklings you get for this price ($14 Garagiste). A blend of Malbec (Cot) and Gamay showcasing the best of each variety. The Gamay lends a berry fruit without being sweet, and the Cot a serious heft and minerality. I can't imagine anything this would not be good with. I had with spicy sushi one night and Indian another. Excellent. Maybe even a 90...lol.
