  March 5, 2016 - Decanted for 2.5 hours before drinking. Initially very astringent and sour with no secondary notes. Let it breathe for a bit longer. After about 4.5 hours in the decanter, the sourness began to burn off and was replaced with sweet licorice and blackberry. Good, not great. Glad I got it on sale.
