  February 13, 2016 - Delicately tart red cherry and cassis fruit weaves its way through a medley of herbs and spices (rosemary/thyme, anise, cloves, and a touch of pepper) and earthy minerality. A really nice balance of earth and fruit, fully mature and mellow with tannins fully resolved, but built on a distinctly savoury/spicy/mineral structure. Finesse and character shine through. Mainly Syrah, with some Mourvèdre and Grenache.
