  March 16, 2016 - mineral, focused nose with lemon juice, green apple and peach. Beautiful acidity balancing the residual sugar (around 7 g/L). Good stuff.
  
  Side note, it will easily keep for a week or more under cap in the fridge (if you can stay away from it)
