What do you expect from a random tasting without aeration? Nothing is exactly what you get. Initially it was light on the nose, without giving too much on the palate. After almost 2 hours of coaxing in the glass, the wine evolved.
The appearance of the wine is clear with medium ruby colour, and legs. On the nose it is clean with medium minus red fruits of cherry, berry, plum, mineral, and floral. On the palate it is dry with low acidity, medium minus tannin, at 13% alcohol, with a medium minus body and medium minus flavour intensity with characteristic of strawberry, red cherry and berry, plum, herb, black current leaf. The finish is medium. This is overall a good wine, can drink now with ageing potential. Aeration and decanting, is a must. 15 years wine.1 person found this helpful 2,927 views
