March 20, 2016 - Disappointing - very earthy and flat tasting.

5/8/21, 6:28 PM - I would guess your bottle was corked. 5 years past and this is still drinking like a baby, with a ton of fruit left. I won’t touch my last for 5 more years

5/11/21, 12:03 AM - Every bottle of wine is like a snowflake - unique in its own way. This is why writing reviews can be a bit challenging since they represent just one bottle during a singular snapshot in time that is influenced by a wide range of factors.
My first tasting of the 2007 Barossa Valley Estate Shiraz Ebenezer got a rating of 93 so it's certainly possible my second bottle was corked - given its steep decline barely a year after the first bottle.
I always appreciate any feedback from fellow CTers, so I'm glad your bottles are still drinking well TooFine.
    Cheers. 🍷
