  December 22, 2007 - Sine Qua Non Dinner - Pagan Poetry, Twisted and Bent, Imposter McCoy, Papa, Strawman: Couble decanted approximately 3 hours before drinking. Dark purple - almost black in color. Huge nose of black fruit - quite different from the Imposter McCoy. On the palate, tons of dark fruit, along with licorice and game/meat notes. Long, lingering, powerful finish. Huge wine, extremely complex, yet completely in balance. If the Imposter McCoy is any indication (I didn't open any of those early), I'll hold the remaining bottles for a few years, but fun to taste at this stage.
