December 23, 2007 - The colour is what you should see in the most perfectly done creme brule. The aroma reminiscent of frozen taffy on snow in March. And the taste is so sweet & smooth; like caramel, freshly roasted pecans & just the right amount of fruit & spice. We started the bottle off wtih Stilton, Oka, Chaume & Roue cheese and ended with some exquisite Belgium dark chocolate. Just add a roaring fire to this equation and you are in heaven. For a tawny; it doesn't get much better than this.
