  April 21, 2016 - This wine gave a very good to excellent showing. The bouquet opens with red fruits and spice notes that develop a darker, more brooding character with airing. The wines displays a translucent medium to dark ruby color. The medium plus bodied palate shows very good overall balance with sufficient tannin to give the wine structure and firmness on the medium length finish. This wine does appear to have the components to improve with additional bottle age.
