May 2, 2016 - I don't have much Barbera experience and was exactly sure what to expect (apart from some people promote it as an ultimate pizza wine). However not impressed at all. This wine is too much new world, expressive fruit, very fragrant and rich, delicious but one must be prepared for this. I was headed for some savory Italian wine and it is not this style.
And not to forget 15% of Alc !?
Well made, but not much to my liking.1,738 views

Also their best offerings are their lower end renditions. I have spent some time getting to know Barbera in 2016 and am really not sure I love it but now appreciate it a lot more.
Chianti though is my go to pizza wine. -
