  May 21, 2016 - The colors are garnet to brick on the edge, good clarity, and translucent. The smells are meaty, olive, raisni, dill, and cedar. The tastes are dark chocolate, cedar, olive, leather, sour cherry. The finish is cedary and lengthy and the tannins are resolved.
