Something is amiss here. I've had the white label from this vintage and while modern in style it was nowhere near as extracted. In addition I see that Cathy Corison called the '08 Tenuta Nuova "beautiful" on the Delectable app and based off of the types of wines she makes, I could not see her calling the wine that I drank beautiful. 5/31/16, 7:50 PM - I am a big fan of Corison's cabs and your note is not describing the wine I have had, of which I tasted several bottles over the last six months. Either you got a bad batch or you are not decanting the wine to let it open up (e.g., see one of the January 2016 notes here).
