  June 3, 2016 - Bitter almonds, catchy daffodils scent..
  juice, salt, minerality, olive brine, golden delicious apple, woodruff, lemongrass, greenish melon, nutmeg, herbs, star fruit, peach kernels..
  A hint of sweetness in the end but overly complex, zingy, tasty, roasted nuts and salt again, palate cleansing, pleasing, refreshing (12%vol.!)…
  pairing it with olives with anchovy paste, ambrosial!
