  June 26, 2016 - Drank alongside Georges Jayer's 99 Ech, and I like this wine better, opened for 3 hours prior to consumption. The nose can hardly get any better for a burgundy red, with ripe plummy fruit and deep floral nose and loads of spices. Very solid palate with loads of stuffings and great balance, very long finish with excellent definition, simply superb.
