First night at italian restaurant (Sergio's) the bottle was too warm (temperature) but it was very impressive - berries bomb, complexity, smooth, oak, character of some age. Couple nights later in the fridge, wow, still really good after tasting another leftover Caymus. More oak came out, jammy jam nose, earth, leather, some subtle funk, strong fruits, more spices and depth and smooth. Will have to get more. I could see why some might complain of too much oak. I can def taste it, but it wasn't unpleasant as there are other elements making it enjoyable.
