  July 18, 2016 - Bottle from the cellar. Purchased in 2014. Still delicious and an amazing QPR. Ready to go but with plenty of life left.
  
  nose of fresh picked dark berries, dried plum, old fashioned candy and garrigue. Zero brett. but a pleasant tang.
  
  Medium bodied, plummy structural acid and sticky tannins.
  Good mix of candied, slightly raisined, and brambly wild fruit on the palate. The maturity and lack of oak aging allows nuanced flavors to shine through. Cherry menthol, ripe blueberry, and a touch of black coffee and cured meat.
