  July 22, 2016 - Drank quite well last night after an hour or two of air. The nose showed some age, but tasted blind no one guessed anywhere near it's vintage. The palate was smooth as silk with still a touch of grip to go a few more years. Fantastic mélange of forrest floor, dried mint and herbs, dark fruits, and some well integrated hints of wood and spice. Lovely.
