Community Tasting Note

July 17, 2016 - Incredibly dense and deep nose, as if looking into a deep deep sea. Sweet ripe fruit packed densely in an incredible structure that sinks infinitely into my palate....alcohol is well masked and acidity balanced it out nicely after hours of decanting. deep black and blue fruits with herbs like anise, pepper, tarragon among others....a monster with decades of aging potential.
