  July 22, 2016 - No formal notes taken, but from memory it was: 1) way too young at this stage to show the true extent of it’s greatness and 2) an absolutely FANTASTIC Brunello—and one of the best I’ve had. So big, round, deep, long, and nearly perfect. I really don’t know how Sangiovese can get much better than this (the '06 perhaps?). 96pts easy, and not hard to see how the pros could go higher based on the bright future that it clearly has.
