  July 26, 2016 - As an unfiltered wine has a slightly cloudy apple juice appearance. In the nose a little oxidized sliced apple and quince. Yellow apples with unfiltered pear juice with lot of minerality. A long acidic lemon based finish. A wine to wait 4 years at least.
