  July 30, 2016 - Disgorged January 2015. Decanted as recommended by Florian Lauer. Quite complex, showing a bit of remaining youth and more of maturity as the wine opens up in the big glass. Fine balance of highish acidity and midpalate sweetness. The mousse fades fairly quickly and the finish is somewhat short. Nevertheless very interesting and enjoyable.
