  August 14, 2016 - Drunk with a flank steak, mushrooms, and creamed spinach. Dark garnet color, no bricking. Decanted for an hour before drinking. Menthol and cedar on the nose, well integrated tannins, a little soft on the mid palate, but fairly long finish.
