August 15, 2016 - After a strange 2012 and 2013 sweet chocolaty wines for Caymus, this bad boy returned with a vengeance. It pours such virtually black and it's high on the alc level, but it has much deeper black fruit to it. I just kept thinking I was drinking a boysenberry pie, crust and all. With a bit of black licorice added in, it kept reminding me of Shafer's Relentless. I loved this vintage of Caymus.
