  August 16, 2016 - Deep and bright ruby core, almost maroon. Very finely-grained tannins lend to a silky, luxurious mouthfeel. Nose of fleshy, ripe plum, black currant, a bit of leather and spice box. These are reflected on the palate; a bit acidic. Nothing amazing, but very drinkable.
