September 14, 2016 - The bouquet is a bit locked, but also perfumed with earth, minerals and iron. On the palate juicy red berries and cherries, some leather, good acidity and slightly sticky tannin. Overall an elegant wine and for a 2010 already quite soft. 89 - 90

9/16/16, 3:47 PM - I thought this was a very good basic barolo if you purchased at the Zachy's sale price of $14.99..excellent QPR..

9/16/16, 3:55 PM - I bought two bottles at less than $30/bottle and then they went on sale for $14. I then bought 3 cases..

9/16/16, 4:08 PM - Wise thing to do for such a price:-). Interesting to drink a bottle every few months over the next years. Looking forward to your notes, because I have a few bottles left; four to be exact.
