September 30, 2016 - Wowzers! Very delicious nectar here! Extremely long finish of peach pie and vanilla yogurt. It has a very nice tang to the creaminess, excellent acidity cutting through the fruit. A delicious drink to be savored on its own but really good with some crunchy fresh potato chips! (Also my go to for Champagne) My only reservations are the nose which is great but doesn't really seem unique. This as good as California Chard can be for me. I can only go to Champagne or older CDP for better. Excellent work Ramey Family!
