  October 3, 2016 - Nose: very tensile and nervous, it shows the youth. Big stone and lime, high toned and streaky. Palate: full bodied, honeyed and acidic at the same time and in nice harmony. Despite the weight, the wine isn't buttered. Limestone and lemon grass, a bit smokey with a little wet pavement. Secondary herbal notes with nice spearmint. With extended air, apricot and sea brine emerge. This is just a baby and in 5-10 years will be something truly impressive.
