  October 10, 2016 - Huge bottle variation from my last note. This bottle was excellent. No bricking. Deep purple with typical Shiraz pepper and fruit. Very smooth with little heat. Based on this bottle it appears that this wine could continue to cellar but there appears to be a risk that the wine is fully mature. Given how enjoyable this bottle was i will continue to drink up my remaining splits.
