  October 14, 2016 - Tertiary nose with dried red fruits, smoked meat and forest notes, blind-tasters guessed Burgundy or Barolo, does not have the typical pepper nose. Holding up great on the palate with lively acidity, apparently tannin holding up the frame of the wine, with intense flavours. Finish is med+. Much better condition than the last bottle.
