  October 23, 2016 - Dark yellow with golden hues. Subtle and elegant nose with green apple, pear and citrus fruit alongside bright minerality and just a whiff of roasted hazelnuts. Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced with everything in the right proportion. Not flamboyant by any means but an epitome of elegance and balance. Medium to long aftertaste. At peak.
