  October 26, 2016 - interesting and quite nice if you like wines with a lighter body and a cool, bitter flavor profile, I almost want to say I taste graphite but do not be misled that this is anything like a bordeaux, this tastes of light red fruit with a cool minerally tension that makes it very refreshing and more complex than your typical pizza wine...just another unusual Italian varietal that is worth trying
