  November 1, 2016 - Very nice bottle. Needed an hour or two to really open up and show what it was all about. Mineral, citrus, lime, typical flavor notes you would expense. Strong acid.
  
  Day 2: much to my surprise it was super flat and very acidic, losing almost all Balance. Would not recommend saving any for a second day.
