  November 16, 2016 - Developing pretty nicely but no need to rush. Deep fruited but not a heavyweight, firm but ripe and approachable tannins and toasty oak notes. Thought initially this may have had too much oak but after some time in the glass it settled into a more balanced profile. Has a long life ahead but I like what it offers now.

  11/16/16, 8:23 PM - Mine was popped and poured but think some time in the decanter would do it a lot of good, particularly as my initial impression was that it was quite oaky but that seemed to dissipate with time. I still have some left from last night and think it should be pretty good today.
