  November 20, 2016 - Very pretty wine. Beautiful, bright garnet color. This is not a thick burly wine, but a much more nuanced, lithe wine. Aromas of both red and black fruits, with beams of cherry, raspberry, and boysenberry, but with a frame of spice. Earth, iron, a little clove, and pepper. Sweet bright fruit on the palate. Rather short finish, but still quite enjoyable. One of the better Pommards I've had.
