  November 21, 2016 - The waitress ruined the cork and passed the wine trough a vinturi to get rid of the cork bits.I Don't care for aerators,I believe they take all of the fun out of watching the wine develop in the glass .Anyway,the wine showed a beautiful frame of tannins,nice structure that could certainly last for another decade.Dark fruit,it will improve as towards the end it showed cognac like aromas,really interesting!
