December 27, 2016 - Cork completely disintegrated, so we opened, sieved, and decanted for 6 hours prior to drinking. Bottle had nice tannins, a lot of loam, pepper, and spice, and mild fruit (more cherries and currants than berries). Overall, it was a pleasant bottle but not a special one, which was a disappointment given the price point.

2/9/17, 11:11 AM - I have had 3 of my 5 corks so far disintegrate. I have never had such a problem with a wine this young.
