January 21, 2017 - This is a great wine! Nose gives mushroom at first, which lead way to big blue and black fruit, and licorice. Big body, which is thick and syrupy, but not sweet. Everything as integrated so well while this wine remain so well balanced. Blueberry and blackberry pie with a great finish. I've never seen so much sediment, and even after being filtered, this wine coats the glass but yet feel like silk on the mouth. I'm disappointed it's my last bottle. Good thing I have an 08 and 12 to look forward to down the road.
