  January 21, 2017 - Fine and ample bead, pear, apple, a hint of lemon and light toasted nuts on the nose. Palate quite similar, with some lightly toasted brioche notes, though the fruit is still at the fore. This has time on its side, but it is drinking really well now and I don't think I will hold remaining bottles too much longer. It is in a sweet spot for me. Very nice drop.
