  January 22, 2017 - Ridiculously tight and unforgiving at present. The Polish Hills really are made to be after 15 years and this wine is no different. it has all the ingredients to be a superb win in another 10 years, tightly coiled fruit around a steely acid structure but not for the faith of heart at this time. it is possible being left open in the fridge overnight before drinking might begrudgingly coax the wine to come out and play but why bother at this time. Like a taciturn teenager it just wants to be left along at present.
