  February 7, 2008 - Muted nose. Very even from start to finish with a consistent medium weight mouthfeel. Apples and young pears. Somewhere between their Voignier and Grenache Blanc (I'm big fan of the Consilience 2005 Grenache Blanc) The even texture and not overpowering fruit make this a decent Cali food wine.
