  February 14, 2008 - Fantastic N.V. Champer! Bought based on local wine shop owner's recommendation. This is a big, creamy champagne style, not higly acidic and bright. Huge notes of creamy goodness, lemon, brioche, and a hint of nuttiness. Palate showed lots of cream, lemon and dough. Decent acidity and a fantastic medium-length finish that made me think I was eating brioche. Drank from a "standard" champer glass as well as Riedel Vinum Extreme champer class and was noticably more expressive and better tasting from the Riedel. Our first experience with different glasses.
