  February 15, 2008 - Fine mousse, great balance of acidity and fruit, and a beautiful salmon pink color. I was really impressed by this champagne. It saturates the palate with compelling red berry and bread like flavors. Not overly complex yet but it appears to have the stuffing to evolve. Very good mid-plate density and a long, long finish. This is a WOW wine...I'm on the search for more!
